Daily reality
You finish a treatment and type a few rough lines before the next patient is ready.
Later, you still need the thread of the case. Practiq keeps the note, forms, follow-up, and checkout close together.

Step 2
The practitioner supplies the facts and reviews the result.
Step 3
A readable draft the practitioner reviews, edits, and saves only when it is correct.
How Practiq helps
Forms, notes, follow-up, checkout, and superbills stay with the patient visit. Staff can see what is waiting. Practitioners can see what needs finishing.
Capture what changed, what you did, and what to watch next.
Turn rough practitioner-written fragments into a clearer draft. Review before saving.
Send forms before the visit. Staff review them before care starts.
Patients request a time. You confirm it.
See who may need a check-in or an invite back.
Record charges, payments, and open balances.
Use simple totals and CSV exports for bookkeeping.
Plain-language overview
Acupuncture practice-management software keeps appointments, forms, visit records, checkout, documentation for reimbursement, and follow-up in one working system. Practiq is built for independent acupuncturists and small clinics that need the daily work connected without a hospital-scale system.
Scope
Practiq is for the daily work of a small practice. It is not a hospital system, an AI clinician, or an insurance claims tool.
Questions acupuncturists ask
Practiq keeps patient records, appointment context, forms, and visit notes together. It is a practice-management system for independent acupuncturists and small clinics, not a hospital EHR or a replacement for practitioner judgment.
Practiq supports flexible visit-note templates, including SOAP-style structure when it fits the visit. Practitioners review and control the record.
Practiq helps create clean superbill PDFs and documentation for reimbursement. It does not submit insurance claims or act as a clearinghouse.

Getting started
Solo begins with editable defaults: a practitioner, weekday hours, Initial Visit and Follow-up Visit types, and starter fees.
Nothing is locked. The defaults are there so you can try a real day instead of spending your first hour building setup.
Solo, self-service setup, standard CSV import tools, and reasonable guidance remain free. If you prefer Practiq to perform setup, customization, training, or migration planning for you, Practiq Implementation is optional and starts at $295 after scope review.
