Free support
- How-to help, feature explanations, troubleshooting, and defect investigation.
- CSV templates, import instructions, and reasonable guidance while you perform your own setup or import.
Paid implementation
- Configuration, forms, templates, workflow design, private training, or staff onboarding.
- Data cleanup, mapping, repeated test imports, reconciliation, or migration from another system.
This boundary is identical for Starter, Plus, and Clinic customers.
Do not include patient names, dates of birth, medical details, records, or other protected health information.
