Practiq includes free self-service setup and free guidance and troubleshooting for every plan. For practices that want Practiq to perform setup, customization, training, or migration work, optional Practiq Implementation services start at $295.

What it can include

The final scope and price are confirmed before work begins. Complex migration, data cleanup, extensive customization, and additional work are estimated separately.

Practiq Implementation is optional and available under the same terms to Solo, Plus, and Clinic customers. Purchasing implementation services is never required to use Practiq.

Free support includes

  • How-to questions, feature explanations, troubleshooting, and suspected defect investigation.
  • CSV templates, import instructions, and reasonable guidance while you perform your own setup or import.
  • Corrections for problems caused by a Practiq software defect.

Paid implementation begins when Practiq performs work for you

  • Configuring settings, practitioners, services, availability, forms, templates, or workflows.
  • Cleaning, transforming, mapping, importing, reconciling, or migrating data from another system.
  • Private training, staff onboarding, or scheduled project work with defined deliverables.

Guidance and troubleshooting are free. Done-for-you setup, customization, training, and migration are paid services.

Manual scope review and manual invoicing are used. Do not include patient names, records, medical details, or other PHI in the request.

What happens to my data?

Solo is not an expiring public trial. Paid plans add capabilities for practices that need more capacity or advanced tools.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your plan anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Does Practiq submit insurance claims?

Practiq helps with checkout, superbills, and documentation for reimbursement. It does not currently submit insurance claims or act as a clearinghouse.

Is Practiq web-based?

Yes. Staff and practitioners use Practiq through a browser login. There is no app upload or installation required.

Is AI required?

No. Optional AI assistance is available where enabled to help structure or refine draft notes. Practitioners review notes and remain responsible for the clinical record.
